hi jp. the red plnt is myriophyllum tuberculatium(red) there is also a green version of this plant. not to disimilar to ''limph aquatica'' it will need very good lighting and prob c02 to survive well if atall as with 99% of colored plants. gong by the closeness of the leaves on the tall straight plant it is vallisneria americana (nantans) the other plant looks like from the family ''microsrum'' but cant be 100% sure at the moment.will have a closer look for you tomorrow. hope this helps untill then.

I never had any luck with red plants in the past, so i thought i would try again. Trust me to pick a difficult one. When u go into one of these big pet store they have plenty info on the fish that they sell, But nothing atoll on the plants. Its quite annoying.

if you looking for a nice red plant try echinodorus''ozelot'' its one of the easy colored plants that doesnt demand lots of light. have alook at my new set uo its the red plant infront of the large bogwood just off center. that would look nice in your new set up.

p.s. it also doesnt need c02 to survive.

to be hoest jp the what put me off 'windelov' is the white stem in the pic. i have it in the other tank and it isn a stem plant. it could be just the way the pic is. if it isnt a stem then it could be. but defo a microsorum:var.
