Hello everyone,
I am new to co2 systems, I have recently purchased a Milwaukee SMS122 pH Meter/Controller Milwaukee MA957 CO2 Regulator with Solenoid Valve and Bubble Counter Aqua Medic CO2 Reactor 1000. I have a 210 gallon freshwater tank filtered by a rena xp4 and a rather large wet dry filter with a 1500 pump. all the threads i have read most people dont like w/d for injecting co2. but the problem is i really like this filtration and want to still use it. i seen a thread where a person drilled a hole in the syphon tube and injected co2 in it with no reactor. is this a reliable way to do this. or should i use my reactor and hook my system to my xp4. or is there a better way to do this that iam over looking.
thak you, in advance
